Story
|
旭 仔 （ 張 國 榮 飾 ） 是 香 港 六 十 年 代 一 個 反 叛 青 年 ， 渴 望 高 飛 ， 卻 只 做 著 風 流 浪 子 。 一 天 借 買 汽 水 挑 逗 賣 汽 水 的 蘇 麗 珍 （ 張 曼 玉 飾 ） ； 同 居 後 因 她 要 結 婚 便 分 手 。 之 後 邂 逅 艷 舞 女 郎 （ 劉 嘉 玲 飾 ） ， 用 耳 環 誘 她 返 家 。 歪 仔 （ 張 學 友 飾 ） 半 夜 潛 入 旭 仔 家 ， 撞 見 艷 舞 女 郎 ， 遂 成 心 中 女 神 。 蘇 麗 珍 想 委 曲 求 全 ， 重 回 旭 仔 身 邊 遭 拒 ， 向 巡 夜 的 警 察 超 仔 （ 劉 德 華 飾 ） 傾 訴 。 旭 仔 因 養 母 拒 告 生 母 所 在 ， 故 意 常 與 她 作 對 ， 後 獲 知 生 母 在 菲 律 賓 ， 前 往 尋 根 ， 卻 遭 拒 絕 不 獲 一 見 生 母 。
Hong Kong, 1960. A sweltering hot summer. York (Leslie Cheung), a disillusioned and cruel young man is kept in luxury by his foster mother, a retired courtesan, who gives him everything but one thing he needs to know - the identity of his natural mother. A self obsessed man, desperately seeking his true identity, York plays carelessly with his lovers, a lonely submissive bargirl (Maggie Cheung) and a beautiful club hostess/dancer (Carina Lau) and his friends, before leaving them all for the Philippines in search of the truth that he has been denied, though may ultimately destroy him.
